my 'dad' was a trucker,
i used have a lot of trucker friends when i lived back in Indiana
but you can see the tire tracks and the carnage, and its NOT in the traffic lane
did a car cut off the trucker causing him to swerve ? IDK
but in that case it should have hit the car, NOT the RV
he should have seen the RV from down the road before he got to it
i can make a lot of guesses about what might have happen
but no matter how it happened, in the absence of another on scene participant
this falls on the trucker
