Easy. The same way they cut off an RV.
I have no problem with folks who drop in front of me and keep right on going. But I can't count the number of times some clown has come jetting up on the left, then cut right in front of me and slowed immediately in preparation for taking the next exit, which is usually RIGHT THERE, when they could just as easily and much more safely dropped in behind me and got off the highway.
