Because most TT/RV manufacturers are lazy, and not motivated to do that PDI (a pre delivery inspection). If you would have had a print of a PDI before signing on the dotted line. Your delivery would have gone much more smoothly
That being said, you signed off on the RV now (and hare basically limited or no recourse really, unless you contact the mfg.

I suggest everyone buying a new rv or used RV keep this in mind before plunking down some serious cash for a "home on wheels"
