Which is wholly inapplicable, as are almost all price comparisons from even 3 or 4 years ago thanks to the scamdemic.
Same basic Alan’s carport with only 1 side covered (pretty typical to shade from the sun) is over $3500 plus delivery and of course install. Not to mention grading and gravel, prep work etc.
Or in a few words it’s double the cost now.
