Unbelieveable guess what I saw
Hi I know there's a lot of talk on double towing and such tonight I saw a truck pulling a good size 5th wheel and behind the 5th wheel was a tow dolly and a small car!!!!! Sorry no time for a picture ...

Huh????? If it's illegal, ANY law enforcement officer can make the stop - as long as the LEO has jurisdiction at the time. Especially if he/she feels it's a safety issue.
