Unbelieveable guess what I saw

Hi I know there's a lot of talk on double towing and such tonight I saw a truck pulling a good size 5th wheel and behind the 5th wheel was a tow dolly and a small car!!!!! Sorry no time for a picture car had Indiana plates but this was I-57 south in Illinois. I have never seen this before and I wonder if it is legal at all??

    I would hope he had a camera watching that second trailer.

    The other day I saw a Jeep Wrangler being flat towed behind a mid sized fiver.

    Seen it many times. It works just fine, on a dolly or 4 wheels down.It is no different than towing a boat or toys on a second trailer.
    State laws restrict where it can be done legally.
