I agree that it wont happen.... I am also a dog owner ( Black Lab).. I respect the rules and to this point she has not GOTTEN loose at any point..
Would she hurt someone or bite - NO.. BUT its not my place to decide weather she is leashed or not... I would love to carry a Taser with and every time I see a stupid dog owner , try it out ! :B
