The problem with this is many rural jurisdictions do not have an animal control.
my animal control out in the sticks where I live is cruddy at the best :) That is very true about rural reas and 'animal control'. It is not like what we see on TV for 'Animal Cops' or those shows.
We had wild dog problems and the guy said shoot the wild dogs that come onto your land and threaten your critters. We said no problem on that. hubby is a hunter anyway :) haven't shot any tho. others too care of it in the area.
