Another point: If the dog is roaming loose, do you think the owner knows where it craps and cleans up after it? A few weeks ago, a large dog belonging to neighboring campers took a dump right in front of my door. I did tell the owner to come pick it up and even furnished the bag. I also pointed out that dogs were supposed to be on a leash. She did apologize but I noted that they still let all their dogs run loose and I moved to another part of the campground.
