The best we have seen: If any rule is observed being ignored, including leashes, picking up after, speeding in the car, etc. by any staff member, on two separate occasions, you are evicted immediately.
No appeal. No refund. If paying by the month that could be lot of money!
The rules were followed in that park. You never knew when a staff member could be watching you while preforming their job.
