yup. I so agree. leashing is protecting YOUR dog along with the 'other' dog.
leashing means you know where your pet is, what it is doing, what is it's boundaries, you can protect it from 'what ifs' etc.
it is all owners. we know every single one of us it is not the dog...it is what is behind the dog. the owner tells all on the life of a dog :)
