Anti freeze. Really? Some of you people need counseling. Every situation is different. People should adhere to the rules, period. No dog should be off leash. They are animals and God knows what goes thru their minds at times. We cant predict what they will do. But things happen. Dogs do get off leash accidently, dogs on leash get away from people. If a dog attacked me or someone else,viciously, yes Im going to do something. I have had a few dogs come up to me that got away from there owner. No problem, either the owner found me or I found them. Problem solved. My dog is always on a leash but even he got loose once when his collar broke. I am thankful that he didnt run off and I collected him quickly. One problem that I found is letting children walk pets that they are physically unable to control. Other than that I have had way more problems with children than dogs.
