I was setting up a work zone on a very busy road once and a guy ran over the cone just as I was placing it.
I at least wait until they place them. Some times they set them up so you have only a few inches on either side. I would hate to be worker in highway construction. I have seen signs in other states that say hit a mower or a worker and go to jail
