Depends on your MH. I can assure you if it tows well behind my truck, my 41ft DP will do just fine.

I've hooked the toad up to my pickup when I've had to take the pickup back to the dealer for repair work.... instead of waiting or renting a car, I just unhooked the toad and off I went.

I pull my Geo Tracker with my F250.

I have a 2013 RAM 1500 and have towed my modified Wrangler to the shop many times. Never have and issue without the aux brakes.

Ordered my brake system last night. I purchased the RVIbrake3 with the built in TPMS.

We have towed our jeep with empty pickups many times, It does come in handy for one driver to deliver either the truck or the jeep somewhere and be able to drive back home.
We towed an 84 Datsun PU behind a 69 F250 1700 miles .
No power steering and thru parts of New Mexico we had to unhook and drive seperately because the trucks different wheel bases were tracking the truck ruts, DW had to drive the Datsun through the worst parts. I was getting blisters.
