VW buggie
For the price of the tow setup for the DFs CRV I can purchase a buggie and not deal with the brakes and such. OK now beat me up!!

If you want a really fun tow vehicle without heat or any safety features to speak of and like to tinker, go for it! Hard to compare a VW dune buggy and a Honda CRV, they have nothing in common other than tires made of rubber, a steering wheel and powered by a gasoline engine. :)
