Happens all the time, even in the gas pump lanes. People now days seem to think they're the center of the universe and the whole world revolves around them - they have no respect or empathy for others. But wait until something like that happens to them - they'll be screaming at their Representatives for new laws, running to their lawyers, yelling at the proprietor of the business that "they should do something".
Short of hitting them over the head with a clue-by-four there's not much you can do. Just wish we could bring back the stockades in the town square and publicly shame them for their behavior.
