When the picture was posted doesn't prove when it was taken. Maybe it was facing that way yesterday and is now facing the other way, since this morning.

I'm sure the noise of folks on the sidewalk slamming into his slide annoyed his neighbors...there is probably a topic somewhere around here about it.
