Saw the title and expected a scene form one of the newfangled drive through boat launch ramps!
Isn't the first one who has done that.
As to the dog releasing the brake, it is entirely possible.
Friend at a camp ground in La went to supper with us. Cam back the genrator was running. Dog had turned it on.
I warned him not to leave the keys in the coach, the dog might drive off with it. :)
