Seems to me that if this water shut off was actually going to cause a hardship, I might wonder out loud, why? I can't for the life of me understand how shutting down the water overnite causes anyone to wonder why? I realize how weather forecasts are always exact and being a city, county, state park, maybe they follow different guidelines than a private park...certainly the private parks can more well afford the damages resulting from a freeze.
