Case in point... we are staying at a county cg with full hookups in the upper plains. Forecast for tonight and tomorrow has the coldest lows into the mid thirties (no freeze warnings at all). Well, we get a taped note on our door saying that tonight and tomorrow night all water would be shut off due to freezing.
I apologize in advance for trying to apply logic where any level of Goobermint is concerned, buuuuut, without draining the water out of the lines they'll freeze regardless of whether the water's turned on or off.
I was wondering if they would go around and drain the system?
