Yup. If I can easily carry water, then I do. Not just so I have water, but so that those who cannot easily carry it can use what water is available there. Easier to carry 40 gallons in my fresh water tank than for some guy on a motorcycle to carry water. So, I carry mine and let the guy on the motorcycle use the limited amount at the campground.
