yes, and it has a terrible flow rate and lots of restriction and allows considerable pressure variation as a function of flow. you get what you pay for. with the watts from the referenced website, pressure is constant regardless of flow so when DW turns on the kitchen sink when your in the shower, pressure and flow doesn't drop. and it's also plug and play.
I hope you are referring to the little inline type regulator that Camping World also sells because the Valterra model similar to the Watts 263A is rated at 14-15 gpm. I agree that the little ones that just look like a small fitting are extremely restrictive and basically worthless.
As far as getting what you pay for, the Valterra A01-1117VP is priced lower than the Watts 263A and performs just as well in specification and actual service. I ended up with the Valterra because I was in a pinch and it was the best that was available. In the last 12 months, I have put well over 1000 gallons through it with great success. Thanks for causing me to go find the actual specs on the Valterra so I could realize that it is actually equal to or better than the revered Watts! All I knew up to this point was that it performed as expected and I don't experience any flow rate problems when using it.
