Is there a website where they tell you if there is a 40% chance of rain what time of day those rain chances might happen? I want to do something outdoors on Friday in a town about 2 hrs away but woul...

Accuweather dot com does hourly forecasts.. But it is in the form of
9am 10%
10 am 10%
11 am 25%
Noon 50%
1pm 90%
And of course I call them "In-accuweather" though in fairness they are doing much better ..
I also use assorted Radar apps, theirs included by my favorite is
http://radar.weather.gov/ridge/Conus/index.php Which is, of course The US Government. That way I can often see storms as they approach and when they get close switch to a looped (last hour or two) of the area where I'm parked,,, Check it out. Good site, Bookmark it.
