Please forget the dry weight on the trailer. A trailer will typically weight 500 to 1000# more than the dry weight. The dry weight does not include any items listed as an option. This list of options include things like A/C, microwave, awning, batteries, etc.
Best if you make your decisions based on the trailers GVWR.
With the Expy, your limit will be the payload capacity once you load passengers, cargo and full fuel.
