We're taking a hard look at Georgia. There's a nearly empty house in Acworth waiting for us, the mortgage is less than half of ours for a very nice house the same size as ours, there's no property tax for seniors, and there's actual culture within easy driving distance in Atlanta. I was opposed until I looked closely and saw how much great RVing there is within a short drive the other direction. Sure there's been a lot of snow this year, but hey, we'll be retired! Who cares? You can keep Florida!
