Better think twice before you move Indiana down here.
The first summer day heat you experience in Florida?
You will be high tailing it back North as fast as you can.:B
That's what "I" did! And that was after buying a house down here. I bought that house a couple of months before summer not knowing just how hot it DOES get and ended up selling it one month into summer and beat feet back to Wisconsin.
It is nearly impossible to explain to a Northerner how hot it gets down here. It IS unbearable. Like sticking your head in an over set on 450 degrees. And I am not kidding.
But I am back again. Couldn't stay away from the great foreclosure deals. Just bought another house here. A little more wiser as to the 'location' in Florida where I bought this time. There is a hidden sweet spot, think planting Zone 9a in Florida where the weather is liveable during the summer!! Ahhh.:C
