The different weather patterns has to do with the JET STREAMS which seemingly have been changing starting around five years back. Our SOLAR SYSTEM had an alignment with the center of the MILKY WAY around 21 December 2012 and now is in the process of moving away from this galactic position. I guess it will take another five years for our SOLAR SYSTEM to slowly move away and perhaps then things will be returned to our normal weather conditions that we can enjoy for the next 3600 years.
