We're moving ... West of Florida - had enough!

I am petitioning the Governor of the state of Indiana to officially move the entire State of Indiana West of Florida adjoining the Western Edge of Florida and the Southern coastline of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama

You ask why? It's because we are getting hit AGAIN with more of this gosh-danged******snow and ice! We've had ENOUGH of this snow. We want Indiana to have warm sunny beaches and gentle breezes!

See my proposed map below. Look out Florida, you've got a new neighbor coming!

  • And come June thru November you be wanting it moved back........

More storms hit Florida than any other US state. Looking at the years from 1851 to 2004, for hurricanes of Category 3 and higher: Florida had 35 hurricanes; Texas, 19; Georgia, 3; Alabama, 6

Then there are the insects, humidity and all those old people :B
  • And as far as I'm concerned, the hole left in Indiana can be filled with water and then the folks from Michigan will have an extended Lake Michigan to ice skate on!
