Think Volenteer. Non-profits don't pay a wage, exchange of services. State Parks, National Parks, Government Parks don't pay, exchange of services. Many of the Private Parks don't offer pay, only exchange of services.
If you find a concessionar that manages State or Federal Parks they do offer pay; in most cases for all hours worked. Many Corporate Parks offer pay from all hours. Many of these for pay positions expect you to work more than 20 hours a week, many want 40+ hours a week.
