What did you do today instead of playing in your RV?
I spent the whole day trying to remove about 2 square feet of forty year old contact paper for our kitchen shelves. I was lucky forty years ago and the DW put three coats of Urethane on the interior of all the cabinets. We had just moved into the house, it was brand new. But, all the shelves were covered and most had been removed in the last week, today just a bit but then mineral spirits and a eM scouring pad and then Simple Green to cut the spirits and then a final wash with spick and Span.
The cabinets were just resurfaced and so she wants new shelf lining. I'm tired of all the stuff from the kitchen being in boxes stacked in the living room. Tomorrow shelf lining and after that, finishing the new cabinets where the old CRT tvs were and doing a thorough cleaning so we're ready for the DGS's Easter Break.
