I also shutoff the water pump, I unplug the water softener and turn off the water heater. If I can fit all the food in the RV, which does not happen often, I turn off the freezer and/or refrigerator. I am usually able to empty the upright freezer and turn it off/unplugged leaving the door open. In the winter, I turn the heat back.
