It would be great if they had a way to contain the water. As it is most will flow back to the ocean. Lots of major cities will have issues in the future with the growth they are experiencing. Alanta GA just barely got by there last drought same with the Dallas-Fort Worth there last drought. It's going to take some long term planning. Kansas has a issue with it's lakes as well, there silting in. The we're only designed for so many years of useful life.
