Connect the solar to the battery posts to bypass the switch if required by your CC.
Some CCs require that the panels be disconnected before the CC battery wiring and battery connected before the panels. In this case you need to correctly turn off the solar switches first before the above battery switch. And the opposite when reconnecting.
On the other hand you gave NO indication of how that switch is wired so we SHOULD NOT ASSUME that it's a full battery disconnect switch.
