We upgraded the thermostat for the furnace and replaced all the smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors.

Two of those Pico telescoping arm chairs that fold to the size of a laptop case for our little B van, but are very sturdy. The love of my life just had hip replacement surgery Monday, and I knew those cheapies we have that are hard to get out of (even with two good hips) weren't going to work when we make our annual trek to the Keys in Feb.
