If all you mostly need it for is airing up tires, you don't need a super powerful compressor.
I have been quite satisfied with my Fini AirBoss, especially for the money. It's quick enough, compact, and seems well-made. It's also "quiet" by typical small compressor standards, which means it's loud but not quite ear-splitting heavy-metal concert next to a jet aircraft taking off loud.
I don't have to go up to 110 psi, but I think it would be sufficient for that...but probably not too much more, practically speaking.
