Where is your portable generator when you travel

I have been reading numerous posting about people using portable generators and the placement while in use. Most seem to either put them under a slide out, to keep rain off or in the back of the picku...

I run my generator all the time when camping in the winter. I made a little "roof" for it that is held in place by wedging it between the bumper and the bottom of the trailer. I point the exhaust from my generator towards the woods - away from the camper. I have a Honda EU2000i and a marine tank that I rigged as an extended run tank.
