Where is your portable generator when you travel

When traveling my little Honda is stored in the garage storage area in the from of my 5ver. When using my Honda I always keep it under either a slideout or under the front of the 5ver. And I always have a security cable and lock on it. We never run the Honda at night when we've boondocked as it doesn't run the AC and the battery is already charged from an hour of running during the daytime.
