Where is your portable generator when you travel

I have been reading numerous posting about people using portable generators and the placement while in use. Most seem to either put them under a slide out, to keep rain off or in the back of the picku...

I keep mine in the truck bed since it has factory 3 piece bed covers.
I also have a 30ft ext shore cord that allows me to put the gennie far away.
If sites are close, i can run it in the bed, with one cover off for ventilation. It also helps cut the noise down.
