Welcome to RV.net where we have weight police, you must change your oil every year, tires every 5-6 years, you can't do that........... Do not say where this is located now or in any future posts. On a 1000 acres you do not need a permit.
For a year or two you need some type of septic system, not open pits. I would bury a 250 gallon plastic tote and pipe the effluent from it into 3-4 septic chambers... $500 plus an hour backhoe time. You can put the grey and black into this system which will last for years. It is best to not use any chemical in you holding tanks although you can buy those that are biodegradable.
