It's 2 peoples pee and poo on a 1000 acres. How much wildlife pees and poos in that area? Do they have a septic system? How many cows could live on that land? No one would think twice about the cows waste.
When people densely populate an area, that becomes a problem. On a 1000 acres as it's just waste, and not chemical, I don't see a problem, but the gov't might.
