I would consider going with a composting toilet combined with a 250 gallon tote for gray water, with a pump out service.
You are not "camping". You are essentially installing a mobile home and planning to live there for 2 years.

It also needs to be said that the good friend of today can become your worst enemy if the system is set up in opposition to code and it falls on you. Yeah yeah the friend might say they agreed to it but don't count on it. Do it right and don't attract attention to selves.
