If you will do a little research you will find the airspace over your property does not belong to you. You shoot the drone down and yes the SO's office plus the FAA will be sorting it out. I do not like drone's either but I am smart enough not to shoot it. Just save up a pile of money so you can defend yourself when you start shooting.
