Jimmie2... your pics are cool. As a non-commercial user you can legally film a private business but not if there are people there. You violated faa regulations by flying it above their heads. "Drones" are simply rc helicopters and must abide by the same rules all rc operators have followed for years.
Rule 1 don't fly over populated areas.
As an aside the only reason it has become such a big deal is because big money (aka Amazon et al) are trying to get legal authority to fly real drones for commercial purposes.
