Drones, when used "responsibly" can produce pictures and videos from a perspective that you could never get with a regular camera. For that I think they are great.
I think we all need to get used to the fact that drones will be a part of our lives in the future. It doesn't matter if we like them or not.
It's sad how no matter what the subject is, many take the attitude that if they don't like it no one should have one.
"Sad" that many take the attitude that "I have one"...too bad if I disturb you and/or damage your property with it.
I think we need to get used to the fact that too many people now have turned camping into Maniac Ranch who ruin it for those who respect others right to peace and privacy. And get used to the fact that there will be many more complaints of this type of behavior and more rules will be on the list.
