While it is the customer's responsibly a establishment that points out the discounts is more likely to win over customers.
Just recently I was checking 4 different RV parks to stay at in Southern Georgia. One of the parks the office staff was friendly and free with information another was very abruptly in answering any questions and did not volunteer any information without being asked directly.
Guess which one I will be staying at even though the friendly park was more money and futher from my destination.
