Happened to me last week, not even on a holiday or weekend. Guy in the next site opened all of the SUV doors, loud engine running, and turned the baseball game up full blast. I went over and asked him to turn it down. No joy there.
Sadly, this particular park does not state that you cannot make noises audible beyond the boundaries of your site so I did not have a rule to wave at him. He did stop promptly at 10 PM, the beginning of stated quiet hours.
Along this same line, what are manufacturers thinking when they put outside speakers on RV's as standard equipment? Grrrrr.....
