I am going to answer the subject line question two ways.
One:
To be honest I've not been bothered much by my next site neighbor's radio, In fact only once that I recall was it even noticeable.. and the radio station he had tuned in was a good one, In fact I ask him what it was so I could program it into MY radios.. So he could safely assume.
Two: Another camper, Many sites away, set up a high power stereo/pa system and put on his own "DJ" show one July 4.. Security ask him to turn it down many times and finally he was told to pack up and leave.. I had nothing to do with that but many other campers, MANY complained. He could assume he was not that well liked. (NOTE: I have a outside noise control protocol that usually works,, RUN A/C fans on HIGH and it blocks a lot of outside sound).
