Well, looks like this thread went haywire, .... I I guess it don't matter any longer. Since it's hawyire anyway! ... bottom line is.... If you are driving over the speed limit, you are breaking the law! It's just that simple! Just because there is no "enforcement" of the law at that moment you and everyone else is running faster than the posted speed limit, does not mean you are not "guilty"! You are "guilty" of breaking the law! No arguing about that. Now ... "enforcing" the law is a 100% completely, undeniably different matter!
