Maybe a smart campground owner or manager would use a decibel reader and post a decibel limit. With a meter one can walk around and measure noise be it generator, music or kids. If it is over the limit the situation is corrected.
Believe it or not, where I live in Mexico (a rural area of middle and lower middle class persons) we actually have a decibel law. We call the police, they determine with a meter whether it is above the limit and within or outside the hours for noise and they are asked to bring it down. After two attempts they close it down.
Does it work? Only if we take action and call the police. But it has and does seem to work.
