I solved the unwanted noise problem quite simply,,I never stay at campgrounds.:)
Theres plenty of other places to camp in this huge country..
I visit the land of the rising sun ocasionaly and peoples politeness and friendly maners is unlike anywhere else in the world..
No doubt has to do with proper education from the young age..something we could all learn from,especialy the youngsters
